Easton Tower

Easton Tower was built in 1899 on the estate owned by Edward Easton and used to house a water pump. Easton used the water pump to provide water to feed several fountains, small lakes, and water to expansive lawns commissioned by Edward Easton.

The tower is located next to the Saddle River near the crossroads of Red Mill and Paramus Road. The Saddle River Bike Path runs nearby along the Saddle River. The tower is a great place to stop for a break, take pictures and relax while enjoying the scenery.

Fritz Behnke Historical Museum

The Fritz Behnke Historical Museum is named after Fritz Behnke, whose family ran a vegetable farm and later started a building supply business. The family has lived at the site since 1886. Visiting the museum will provide a glimpse of how they lived life during the 1800s and early 1900s.

SERVPRO Utilizes a Variety of Products to Remove Smoke Damage in Paramus Commercial Buildings

Many different chemicals can be introduced during a fire and combined with smoke residues generated from the fire. These chemicals typically found in commercial buildings are carried from the fire source and deposited as smoke residues on structures and contents near the fire.

SERVPRO provides fire restoration services to Paramus commercial buildings covering all types of fires. Smoke residues can be non-water soluble in these situations and require specialized solvents to dissolve the residue before removing it from surfaces without causing further damage.

We train SERVPRO technicians to recognize the various types of smoke residues and use the appropriate cleaning agents. We also avoid using solvents on materials that the solvent may damage. We use solvents in situations such as:

  • Where water may damage surfaces
  • Removing soils that are not water-soluble
  • Where water and soap are ineffective

Call SERVPRO of Paramus for commercial fire restoration services in Paramus and surrounding areas. We can help 24/7. Call (201) 445-5588.
