Glen Rock Water Damage Cleanup Limits Disruptions

When SERVPRO techs handled a water damage call at this Glen Rock property, the techs performed the restoration services with a goal to limit disruption to the home. Although a large amount of seepage occurred under the flooring and wicked into the sheetrock, the technicians were able to leave the futon sofa in place and covered it in plastic to inhibit the potential for any damage during the mitigation. The vents required removal during the extraction phase to ensure the maximum amount of moisture got removed.The floorboards required removal to dry to room and through the use of their moisture detection equipment, determined the waterline in the wall and cut several inches above it to open up the wall cavity for drying.
