Bergenfield Basement Water Damage Cleanup

This Bergenfield home had water damage from a burst pipe that affected three rooms in a single family home. SERVPRO technicians arrived quickly and upon scoping the property found a significant amount of seepage and wicking occurred in the floors and walls. The technicians extracted the water and removed the carpet to dry the concrete substrate underneath. Additionally, the techs measured several inches over the waterline on the walls and removed only the damage portion as seen in the After Photo. Before any repairs can get made, the rooms need to be verified as hitting pre-set drying goals to ensure humidity levels are below sustainable levels for mold germination and growth.
