Englewood Homeowner Has Flooded Basement Problem

SERVPRO techs received a call to handle the water clean-up in this Englewood basement. As seen in the Before Photo, when the techs arrived on-site, the basement had standing water around the mechanicals as well as items stored in the basement such as the wooden chairs. Fortunately, the floor of the basement was not finished so there was not an issue with carpet or floorboards. The technicians extracted the water from the slab substrate and set up multiple air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the surfaces and remove embedded moisture in the concrete slab.
